Challenge

Build an inclusive culture through communication, constantly pushing for change.

The visual identity of the I&D brand is made of a vibrant palette, geometric shapes and strong patterns.

The design consists of diverse and unique elements, which, when put together, represent the I&D values and can be used on different communication channels.

Managing diversity and inclusion is a continuous process. I&D branding strives to reflect the diversity of all employees and customers, as well as embracing differences in values.
